AirShield is a defensive utility move available to Airbenders. AirShield is one of the most powerful defensive techniques in existence. It will create a whirlwind of Air around the bender, blocking all projectiles from entering and keeping other creatures away as long as it is maintained.
Players: How to useEdit
To create an AirShield, you must first bind it to any slot in your inventory. To do this, use the command:
/bending bind AirShield
Once the ability is bound, you can hold sneak (Default:Shift) and the shield will begin to form around you. The shield will stay up as long as you are sneaking, or until another slot / ability is selected.

Players: In the Avatar StateEdit
If you have access to the Avatar State (Default:Ops only) then AirShield will work differently. While in the Avatar State, AirShield is toggle-able. This means that while you are in the Avatar state, you can click to toggle AirShield and it will stay up until either you toggle it off, or you leave the Avatar State. This adds to the Avatar State's already powerful defense.
By default, all players will have access to AirShield. If you wish to run an advanced permissions set up, you may not want this to be the case. You can work with the following permission node to effect AirShield:

You can configure the radius of the AirShield in the config.yml file with the following options:
Properties: Air: AirShield: Radius: 7
Please be careful when editing a yml file. The spacing and formatting is very important. Always use spaces instead of tabs to avoid error.
